Question: I took a lap dance 4 days before and after that my penis is hurting a lot..also it got round bubble around top of penis..please help me what treatment should i take

I am so sorry to hear about this pain. Probably, the friction was so much which has resulted to this trauma and blisters. I will like to obtain an image for review first before making concrete suggestions on a management plan. For now, Tylenol and Ibuprofen will help with the pains while i figure out what the exact nature of the bubble is and what treatment option is best.

Upto the bubble point i can freely pull back and forth the foreskin. not beyond that.
