Hi,

There is some white color discharge from below the foreskin. Sometimes itching below the foreskin.

1) Getting erection and able to sex with my wife, but it will ejaculate in ~ I minute after inserting in to the vagina. Also it will get reduce in few minutes. I m not sure it is natural.

2) Getting white color discharge from the penis while pulling back the foreskin, you can see that from the attached picture.

The white colour deposit behind foreskin is a collection of mucus secreted by glans penis which gets dried up and form a white deposit called Smegma.

You need to clean it up everyday while taking bath .

As regards your problem of premature ejaculation ,it is very common in early days of sexual life and is mainly due to what is called as performance anxiety.Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence and getting good erection.and delay ejaculation.
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking.

I'm very disappointed since this Smegma level is increasing day by day and the size of penis is getting reduced. Sometimes getting wound in the junction (behind foreskin & penis) and it is very painful while intercourse. I there any medicine to avoid this discharge? Is this a problem?

Take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
