Suggest Treatment For Perianal Hematoma

Question: Hi, I had asked about my perianal hematoma a week back, where you advices me to take the warm water tub bath thrice and use the hirudoid cream. I have been following the procedure regularly for four days. I have noticed a marginal decrease of the fluidic sac to half it's size and very little to no sensation on it. The hirudoid cream is very effective and helping in fast recovery which I hope it will be complete by Monday. I wanted to ask how should I transition back to my routine from this to gyming and playing a sport. Is there any precautions or things to keep in mind. How do I go about things once the fluidic sac has completely been gone.
Brief Answer:
justified activities
Detailed Answer:
Hi
good to hear you are better. You can continue with justified activities as long as you don't have any problems. If things aggravate then I need to see you clinically to decide further treatment as e-treatment has its own limitations & risks.
take care
