Suggest Treatment For Pernicious Anemia
Currently I am taking Vitcofol injections on regular basis.
I have tried many oral supplements including tab methylcobal but they dont work on me. I .mean it doesnot get absorbed by my body.I have tried plenty of them.
Only injections work on me.
I have also acidreflux problem , sore tongue , fatigue and heavy hairfall and splits and ridges on nail.
( earlier I used to have IBS for many years)
Sometimes I have high BP .But I am not on any regular medication.
I request to prescribe me some Oral Vitmain B 12 supplements which can work on me like Vitamin B12 injections.
I mean my body can absorb it.
Also If I can be prescribed some good multivitamin supplement and Vitamin D3 and calcium + magnesium along with it.

Since you also have high blood pressure, Here I would like to know what medicines you take?
In my opinion you should take Medicines for high BP regularly
irregular intake of anti hypertensive drugs could be dangerous, it mày lead to hypertensive emergency or stroke.
Acid reflux can be controlled by life style modifications and dietary changes like
Have small and frequent meals
don't lie down immediately after food
avoid cold drinks or carbonated drinks
you can take anti acidity medicines like pantoprazole or ranitidine with antacids for symptomatic relief.
sore tongue, hair fall and split nails might be related to nutritional deficiencies particularly anaemia

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am
welcome again and thanks for the details
Since you are vegetarian, than there are chances of vitamin B 12 deficiencies., You need to worry.
You can take sublingual vitamin B12, 500 mg once daily which is a good alternative of injections and even cheaper than to injections.
There are no side effects till the time you don't take it in excess doses, allergic reaction can also occur, but its very very rare.
In my opinion you should consult general physician for a battry of tests like CBC, Hemoglobin, Vitamin B12 level and serum calcium.
Depending upon the reports, dose of these supplements can be adjusted.
Hope this answers your question, please feel free to discuss further.
