Brief Answer:
Take pantoprazole, domperidone, Simethicone and Gasex

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back

Thanks for the response

I have undergone through all the reports you have uploaded

I understood your concern and I will advise you:

1. Avoid food that increase gas like beans, pulses, cabbage, peas
2. Avid food that increase acid productions like tea, coffee, citrus and spicy and fatty food
3. See if milk make your symptoms worse then please avoid it
4. Take capsule containing simethicone (Brand name Capsule Medigas) to be taken thrice a day half hrs after meals
5. Also take a proton pump inhibitor pantoprazole as you were taking along with a prokinetic agent like domperidone. They come in combination also like pantop-D once a day before breakfast
6. Take tablet gasex by himalaya company thrice a day

Also there is mild increase in SGOT/SGPT and CT scan abdomen is showing enlarged liver with diffuse steatosis that is fatty liver. Fatty liver has many cause like Hepatitis B, C, Metabolic disorders, NAFLD, alcohol intake etc.

So I will suggest you to visit a Hepatologist for evaluation who will advise tests and then manage accordingly.

Meanwhile there are few medicines which I found very useful in my patients are ursodeoxycholic acid and vitamin E. Do regular exercise and reduce your weight if you are overweight, avoid alcohol if you drink.

I hope I have answered you query. Wish you a good health
