Suggest Treatment For Persistent Cold And Nasal Congestion

I am having cold and nose block from last 2days. Now my ear is paining a lot. Any suggestions.

You can use a Netipot or a saline nasal irrigation kit

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

A Netipot or a saline nasal irrigation system can help with this but unless the ear pain resolves within three days you need to have a doctor take a look since you might need a course of oral antibiotics. For now, I don't recommend either antihistamines nor decongestants.
