Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.
I read your query and understand your concerns.
Presence of diarrhoea in multiple persons in same family indicates the possibility of infection including food poisoning rather than cancer or crowns. In addition development of fever after two days of loose motion points toward food associated poisoning and diarrhoea.
In my opinion you should take care of hydration and take plenty of fluids. In addition there may be need for antibiotic so visiting a doctor is warranted.
I must assure you that most infective diarrhoea last only for 3-7 days and possibility of death is very low with availability of modern antibiotics.
I hope this assists you.

Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for follow up.
Antibiotics may be needed to control infection which lead to diarrhoea. As discussed above the aetiology is infective (some micro organism causing loose motions) which often needs antibiotics to control.
I hope this clarifies further.
Thanks and regards.

Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for follow up.
Have you seen your doctor?
I think you are recovering as the fever came down but there is good chance of recurrence if it was amoebic pathogen. In case it was viral it is possible that you will recover completely in next two or three days.
I hope this assists you further.
Thanks again.
