Question: I have diarrhea after every meal.
I should have added that it has been going on for 1 week. Breakfast meal is the worst, lunch a little lighter and dinner about the same as lunch. This is the first time having this issue.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concern.
Diarrhea after meals is indicating possible food malabsorption.
There are various reasons for this:
- gastroenteritis ( acute bowel infection)
- food intolerance
- gallbladder/pancreas infection/ inflammation
Take:
- probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora
- tasectan or pepto bismol to stop Diarrhea
- increase fluids intake with OTC ORS
- avoid high fat foods
- if heartburn, take antacids after meal
If still no improvement, should consult with your doctor and run further diagnostic tests.
Wish fast recovery.
