Brief Answer:
It is Acute gasteroenenteritis
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for posting your question on Health Care Magic.
First please hydrate yourself adequately. Try to take as much as fluid as you can .As the duration of diarrhoea is already more ,you could easily get dehydrated.
Meanwhile the drug of choice is Ciprofloxacin in combination with tinidazole one tab twice a day for 5 days .
Also before starting the antibiotic please give your stool sample for routine analysis and culture.
Probiotics also should help to control diarrhoea symptomatically.
You can take it in the form of lactobacillus thrice a day.
Hope this helps
Best wishes
