Suggested some practical advices

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM to post your question.
I read it carefully and I understand your concern.

In a viral GI infection, diarrhea may last for about 7 days. You should start feeling better by tomorrow.
Unless you have mucus or blood in your diarrhea.

Also, I would advise to eat some foods, if you can. Liquid diet will hydrate you, but you want to eat foods also that stop diarrhea. For that is recommended a diet with Banana, Apples, Rice and toast. Avoid milk, but can use yoghurt. All these will substitute the components that you are losing by diarrhea like potasium.

If worse or not better with this diet in 2 days, or if mucus or blood in the diarrhea, I would recommend going to the hospital.

Hope this is helpful
