Dizziness and trembling can be associated with vertigo , low blood pressure, low blood sugar , infections e.g pneumonia or UTI and metabolic causes related to liver and kidney dysfunction or failure. Try to take something sweet to avoid further hypoglycemia if present already and call a friend / relative or emergency services if your condition does not improve.

Did these symptoms start suddenly
What medication are you currently using
Do you have fever and chills with productive coughing with sputum
Are you diabetic or hypertensive
