Question: i have a history of MS and Vertigo. I recently travelled out to the country where I developed an URI
I developed symptoms 1 1/2 weeks ago of congestion, cough, runny nose dizziness and light headedness upon standing, turning and a few moments of heaviness is lower left leg which subside and I'm back to normal. No fainting falling or vomiting. Blood pressure is ok

Brief Answer:
Seems to be BPPV
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having dizziness.
Based on your clinical details, it appears to be BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo).
As such, bppv is a commonest cause of giddiness in the department of Ent. I suggest you to consult an Ent surgeon for further evaluation ( some manovers are diagnostic of bppv, preferably done by Ent surgeon) and treatment.
In the mean time, continue same medication (anti vert) till you see a surgeon.
Hope this and wers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
