Question: I am having dry cough have taken have taken below meditation, but not much relief cough( khasi). still Khasi is there. Pls suggest further medicine

As you have already taken antibiotic, you dont require any more.
Just take syp Allex 10ml twice daily and do salt water gargle twice daily.
Avoid citrus fruits and juices,smoking if any
