Brief Answer:
This is correct line of treatment
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to the HCM
Good to hear about the recovery of your daughter. Do not worry. The dry cough will subside gradually over a period of 1-2 weeks. You may continue with Chericof cough syrup. Increase the dose to 7.5 ml thrice daily for 3 days followed by SOS.
Ensure warm saline gargles thrice a day with plenty of water intake. Give citrus fruits with balanced healthy diet.
Hopefully it will be of help.
Take care
