i have low grade fever for last 6 month(98.6-99.3) and i m felling feverish all the time and recent 2 month i suffref from neck pain, grion pain,sever lag pain and i felling tired all the time and my whole body is getting pain plese suggest me the temprature which i m running is that fever?and what to do for pain

1) A temp of 98.6 to 99.3 is not considered a fever. Nothing to worry about there
2) Neck groin and leg pain with fatigue points to certain possibilities.
A) An infection
B) Anemia
C) Possible Thyroid disorders
So I would suggest you get the following blood work done as soon as you can and upload the reports to me.
Blood work: CBC, BMP, Urinalysis, FBS, Thyroid Function test.
Once this blood work is done, I will be happy to comment.

except BMP test i didi allthe test before there month and all are normal

I look forward to your reports. For the time being, try medication like Dolo or Brufen for pain. These are OTC (Over The Counter) Medications that will be widely available and have very few side effects.
Dosage of Dolo is 650mg up to 3 times in a day as needed. Dosage of Brufen is 200mg to 400mg up to 3 times a day as needed.
These medications should NOT be taken on an empty stomach as they will cause stomach pain and acidity then. So have them after having some food.
