OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

As per your complaints you may have constipation and urinary stone problem. For Constipation You have to drink lot of water, eat green leafy vegetables, lot of fruits and Avoid eating flour, oily, bakery products. For blood in urine you need to get an USG abdomen and pelvis to confirm urinary stone if any.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shrikrushna Chavan, OB & GYN Specialist
