Suggest Treatment For Persistent Gastritis

Question: I am a healthy 56 y/o woman. Physical therapist . 3 week history of intermittent (4-5 times/week)- Hx of pressure/gas feeling below and my right to xiphoid process. Lesser but same symptoms upwards, maybe 4 inches. Especially after evening meal. Not food type specific. My weight is normal. I drink 2 glasses of white wine per night, but symptoms occur before consumption.

Hello Maam

After going through the medical details provided by you i would like to tell you that the symptoms which you have mentioned here looks more of gastritis rather than cardiac one.

But still taking into consideration your age group its advisable to get an ECG done. If that can be taken during the time of your symptoms then it will be more useful in making an opinion.

Rest you can take some antacids like Pantoprazole for 7 days in empty stomach 20 mins before breakfast.
