Suggest Treatment For Persistent Hair Fall
Question: Hi, I am still experiencing hair fall,
Please suggest
This is what you recommended before....
Brief Answer:
Minoxidil and androanagen
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the photographs.
It is androgenic alopecia caused due to excessive response of hair to testosterone.
I treat such cases with minoxidil and an anti androgen tablet ( saw palmetto ).
It gives good response in three months and is safe.
You can try this combination.
Let me know if you have any other doubt.
Thank you.

Hi Rahul!
Hope you doing well!
I am using minoxidil for more than 4 years without any break, hair fall is still happening but it is less compare to 4 years before.
So,
Very few hair is left .
The area i am not using minoxidil, no hair fall there.
The area I am using minoxidill, hair fall exits.
Using androanagen for 1 year as 1/day. should I continue, if yes then is there any negative impact on health?
my age is 27, average blood pressure is 30-35, no other health issues or medicine I am taking.
Please advice.

Brief Answer:
Continue using minoxidil
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up.
Continue using minoxidil.
You can start using 10 % minoxidil and you must apply it all over scalp.
Continue with androanagen.
If possible upload a photograph of your scalp.
This will help me in giving a better way of management.
Wait for your response.
Thank you.
