Suggest Treatment For Persistent Headache And Abdominal Cramps

Question: I am a 21 year old female that is healthy. For the past 2-4 weeks I have been experiencing cramping in my lower abdomen like menstrual cramps, severe bloating(comes and goes) nauseous after eating and before bed time. I have also been light headed from time to time and get headaches. I have changed my diet a bit and it seems to be just a little better. I am starting to get very concerned I have something serious going on.
