Suggest Treatment For Persistent Headache And Fever While On Saridon Or Nise

Question: hello doctor, this is regarding my sister, she is getting fever and headache by last 1 hour. what is suitable medicine right now, as it is 2:20am (night hours). i have nise and saridon tablet with me right now, is this suitable?

Thanks for your query.

Saridon contains paracetamol, propyphenazone and caffeine. These are specific medication if headache is accompanied with fever.

Do not give more than two tab saridon within 12 hours duration.

Avoid Nise.
