Brief Answer:
need clarifications.....

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I would like to know if the vision problem occurs during headache only or it is present consistently irrespective of whether you have headache or not.

If the vision problems are only during headache spells; then this could be related. Some chronic headache like migrane present with such features. Though migraine is not a serious concern, in presence of visual disturbance it needs to evaluated. A brain scan is most important. Migraine treatment should be considered after evaluation.

On the contrary if the visual problem is consistly resent every day, then treating visual problem would treat headaches.

Brief Answer:
Time to get your vision checked...

Detailed Answer:
Apologies for the late reply...

As discussed earlier, since the vision problem is persistent we need to first rule out visual errors. Refractory error is known to cause headache. Please get your visual acuity tested by an ophthalmologist. Other eye condition such as dry eyes also needs to be tested. Visit an ophthalmologist for further evaluation.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

i have done my vision test , and so m wearing spectacles while working on computer.
But the headache problem is still there, i feel like my head is heavy most of the time while working on computer.

Brief Answer:
when was vision testing done??

Detailed Answer:
If vision testing was done earlier before headache started, it would be worthwhile to go back to ophthalmologist for reassessment.

Assuming vision testing was after headache, the other conditions - chronic headache like migraine need to considered. This can be evaluated and treated by a neurologist.

In a nutshell, if all eye condition - refractory error, computer vision syndrome / dry eyes are ruled out, then you should be referred to a neurologist.

Hope this helps.
