I am 33 yrs old female. I have been diagnosed with hypertension 6mths back. my Bloodpressure is 145/100 consistently. My serum creatine level is 1.37. i have done my kidney function test and it shows my kidney function has been come down to 75%. I also had a very low Iron level and has taken injection for iron suppliments. I have cutdown salt , spicy foods, junk foods and everything, still my bloodpressure is always high. I am on Telma 40 twice a day. Can you please suggest what needs to be done futher.
