Brief Answer:
No need

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir

After reading the details provided by you I would like to suggest you that you are already on multiple drugs for blood pressure control which are already adequate. Even after all these medicines if your Bp is going up that means you are not taking dietary precautions like low salt diet, no smoking, exercise 45 mins a day for 5 days a week, eat good amount of fibre rich diet like fruits and vegetables.

I would like to suggest you to follow the same medicines which you are taking and along with that you should start taking precautions which I have mentioned.

Start doing yoga or meditation to control your anxiety levels, it will really help you.

Hope this will answer your query. If you have any other doubts you can ask me back or else you can close the discussion and kindly rate the answer.

I wish you good health
