Question: My sister who was 26 year old has some kind of itching in her both legs, just below knees and on the backside. She has this itching for last 3 days. please let me know your suggestion.

Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
I can understand your concern regarding the skin lesions but its difficult to point specific diagnosis in absence of clinical examination.
I think she must be having some allergic skin rash.
Presumptively, I would suggest the following treatment:
Tablet Cetrizine twice a day for 5 days.
Apply Betamethasone and Clotrimazole lotion twice a day followed by generous application of good moisturiser like Cetaphil moisturizing lotion.
If there is no improvement in 5 days,I would insist that you post good clinical pictures to me so that I can help you in a better way.
