Brief Answer:
ENUFF PLUS and IMMODIUM

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for question.
Do you hve fever and abdominal pain? Do you see blood in the stool? Do you have nausea and vomiting?
I would suggest to take ENUFF PLUS, one satchet three times a day and IMMODIUM thrice a day for two days. If this does not help you need to get this addressed by local doctor quickly.

Let me know if you have questions further.
