Suggest Treatment For Persistent Migraine In An Elderly Person

Question: I've had two silent strokes. But I have migraines almost every night. Being they are silent it scares me. I'm 80 years old and I've become seriously fatigued. I do have spots at the end of the month both with my head an stroke neurologists.

However I must say that it is a little difficult for me to understand what precisely is your question.
I mean there is the stroke and the migraine issues. Regarding stroke you say to be taking all the right meds. It is hard to agree, disagree or make additional suggestions since you do not mention the type of stroke and the cause for it (heart arrhythmia, atherosclerotic plaques etc).
When it comes to migraine you do state that you worry about the amount medication but you do not say neither the names of the medications nor their dosages, so hard to express an opinion about that either.

So please try to provide some more information on the above points so that I can at least try to help you.
