Brief Answer:
Need tests. omeprazole and domperidone

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I would need answers to a few questions
Have you lost weight
How is your appetite
What are the medications you are taking
Do you have any other medical problems
Do you smoke or consume alcohol

I would advise you to get a Complete blood count and liver function and renal function tests done.
I would consider omeprazole and Domeridone which should help with the nausea. Please consult your doctor for a prescription

Good Morning;

My appetite has decreased a bit.
I do not smoke and have never consumed alcohol
I had lung cancer but, it was removed in XXXXXXX 2014 (no treatment)
Minimal weight lose

Why liver function tests and renal function? Are these related to the nausea and dark green stool?
What Liver and renal test would be required and Blood Tests required.
Thank you,

Brief Answer:
Bilirubin, SGOT, SGPT, Urea and creatinine

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I would advise to get Bilirubin, SGOT and SGPT and Urea and Creatinine as nausea can be present if these values are abnormal. I wouldn't worry about the dark green stools.

If the above tests are normal then I would suggest to continue Domperidone and Omeprazole for 4 weeks
