
Suggest Treatment For Persistent Neck Pain

Question: i had same neck pain some 17 years back when i was 30 years old. it was as the doctor said due to heavy helmet and computers. it went away in a year or two. this has occurred again. initially it was stress an the neck and shoulder was stiff now for the last one month there is spasm , and a particular point pain in the neck along with shoulder spasm. have done xray but nothing serious to show. dont know what the trigger is. have done physio therapy for 10 days but it recurs back. i am doing exercises what the physio recommended but some times there is no pain some time there is too much.
have tried heat pad and analgesic.
Please give a medication

Please advice on dosage
Should i take Ezact MR and Zerodol TH or one of it and dosage as in how many a day and for how many days
Pregabalin or Amitryptiline dosage how many a day and for how long.
Any SOS after the dosage period is over and the pain recurs.

Pregabalin can be started at 75 mg at night.
Increase in dose or addition of Amitryptiline can be planned if response is not good after 2 weeks.
