Suggest Treatment For Persistent Pain After Spine Surgery

Question: I HAD SURGERY ON MY SPINE IN FEB. 2016. HE TOOK OUT 2 BULGING DISK AND 2 CYST. I AM IN PAIN ALL THE TIME. ON APRIL. 24, 2017 THE DR . GAVE AM AN INJECTION ON KENALOG-40MG AND TRIAICINOLONE ACETONIDE- 40 . IT HURT ALOT. IT DID NOT STOP THE PAIN I HAVE HAD SINCE
FEB. LAST YEAR. WHAT INJECTION DO I NEED TO STOP THIS PAIN IN MY SPINE???

Several options

Detailed Answer:
The steroids are normally mixed with LIDOCAINE, which is an anaesthetic and I believe is what you want for the answer.

However,

There are many other drugs that can be injected. You can have an implantable injection of morphine. There can be drugs that permanently block/damage/kill the pain nerves. There can also be internal or external electrical stimulation units to block pain.
