Brief Answer:
The over the counter dosage is good

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Yes there are prescription strength available for Flonase. The OTC variant is 50mcg only.

If I were your doctor I would suggest you to dilute the mucus with reti pot technque where saline water can be filled in the sinuses and washed before bed. Generally this Post nasal drips happen at night so it is better to follow this before bed. You can watch the videos about how to clean the sinuses.

The over the counter doses that are available in claritin is good if you take it according to the maximum dose of one tablet per day. The prescription dose is not required as the doses vary only with the weight.
If your problem is not resolved you should consider get an evaluation by the doctor for a prescription of antibiotic. There are medicines that can thin the mucus that falls back into the throat.

Hope this helps.

Brief Answer:
Online scripts are not valid

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I am sorry that online scripts for drugs are not accepted in your local pharmacy. YOu can speak to the pharmacist if a potent antihistamine is available without prescription than what you are already taking.

Let me know.
