Brief Answer:
Likely to be urticaria

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Thanks for providing clinical photograph. Sudden development of this rash suggest possibility of urticaria as the cause.

It usually results from allergen which could be either due to contact with infection or food.

I would suggest you the following

1. Oral antihistamine like Benadryl will be helpful

2. Local application of calamine lotion will provide much needed relief

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you

Take Care
