Suggest Treatment For Persistent Shoulder Pain

MRI scans is the best diagnostic tool in such cases .
Detailed Answer:
Hi i am Dr Ahmed Aly
thanks for using HealthcareMagic site ,
I had gone through your question and understand your concerns ..
I hope you feel better soon , actually i think it is just a kind of a muscular strain but you mentioned a lowered bulging biceps muscle .that could be a sighn of a partial tear in one of the two biceps tendons .
To exclude any kind of tear an MRI scan will exclude such tear an will help in evaluating the extent of your rotator cuff shoulder muscle tendinitis .for proper management i recommend you follow up with a shoulder orthopedic .
For now you may lightly lift and exercise but with care and icing post exercises is favorable , gentle massaging with topical gels of anti-inflammatory and tylenol tabs as a piankiller only when needed will be fine for your case .
