Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the information.
Noises in the ear are more common if there is sensory neural hearing loss.
Please get a pure tone audiometry done and send me the report. It will diagnose any hearing loss and will tell the amount of hearing loss and frequencies effected.
Start taking tablet cinnarizine twice daily for at least 2 weeks.
Take vitamin b12 1500 micrograms once daily.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available at prescription only.
Avoid any excess XXXXXXX usage and ear phones usage.
Follow up with reports.
Take care
Thanksand regards
