Suggest Treatment For Persistent Vomiting After Eating Food

Question: I accidentally ate a portion of chicken that tasted like kerosene, got home and started to throw up and had like a sip of milk . Whenever I burp I can smell the kerosene What should I do?

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description, it appears to be GERD/ gastritis from the offending food/ agent. If the vomiting persists or is accompanied by diarrhea then you should immediately go to your doctor to administer I.V fluids, antibiotics and anti emetics accordingly. For now antacids with gastro kinetic like domeperidone, both available OTC would suffice as symptomatic treatment.
