Brief Answer:
Diet is fine
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back.
Sorry for delayed response,
Your diet seems right.
I would recommend a visit to your gynecologist for evaluation to rule out PCOS (Poly cystic ovarian disease ) Which is one of the commonest cause in women for weight gain.
Also, do get tests like Serum creatinine and blood urea which ascertain the health in kidney. Kidney diseases to some times cause water retention in the body and give false weight gain.
Hope, I answered your query.
Wish you good health.
Regards,

Hi,
I shared Ultrasound reports with Gynecologist and waiting for her confirmation.
Here are the reports attached for your perusal.
Apart, from this since yesterday I have stomach ache, motions and acidity. I think, this is because of food I had on Ugadi festival mainly Ugadi pachadi prepared with Tamarid but I am not using any medicines as of now.

I visited gynecologist and today, I am visiting Gastro for left side stomach ache. One more problem I am facing since last couple of days is after having food (breakfast, lunch, dinner ) I am feeling tired and sleeping as well, is this any problem? Bcz I never faced this kind of situation and this is looking strange to me. Pls suggest me to which doctor I need to go.

Hi,
Thanks for writing back.
These symptoms are related to hormonal imbalance seen in PCOS. You have to build up routine exercise habits to overcome the same and avoid weight gain.

Thank you so much for your suggestions. It really helps.
Currently, I have visited following doctors for following issues and under medications, hopefully my problems should reduce.
Neuro - Migraine - was on Topaz 50mg since was feeling excessive drowsiness doctor asked me to stop Topaz and start using Petrilbeta 20MG
Gynec - She said it is not a major problem and asked me to use, T.Ovoral for 21 days
Gastro - for Acidity, left stomach pain, gastric problem gave, Nexpro-40mg & Acotrust asked me to take before breakfast & dinner for 3weeks. If pain continues then will go for Endoscopy.
Currently, I am suffering from stomach pain on left side, may be I need to wait for 3 weeks but, I feel 3 weeks is too long for me if pain continues like this. I will see for a week and if continues, I will visit gastro next week.
