Brief Answer:
Can try different things

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. The diagnosis is most probably intertrigo, which is a rash that occurs between skin folds due to the region being left damp or moist for long durations during the day.

I am sure you must know most of what needs to be done, but here is a list of all the recommendations I have:

+Avoid wearing tight fitted clothes (if the infection is in a covered region), or avoid wearing tight or closed foot wear (if the infection is between the toes)
+Shower and clean the region everyday, after which you should use a hair dryer to dry off the region
+Make sure you wear a well supported bra (if the infection is under the breast)
+Weight loss is recommended if you are over weight or obese
+Anti-fungal medication: Miconazole (e.g. monistat), and hydrocortisone cream

You could try the new anti-fungal creams as you are not finding any improvement with what has been prescribed. I hope it helps, but please report to me in about 5 days time with the progress you are experiencing, and if not I can guide you with a different approach.

Best wishes.
