Brief Answer:
Follow precautions while using all creams.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for query. I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti.

Some amount of pigmentation will be found when wart is removed. The level of hyper pigmentation is not clear in the picture.

Kojic acid is used for depigmentation. Even lomela is supposed to contain tretinoin and hydro quinine and momatesone combination is also used for depigmentation. You are also using sunscreen .
All the combinations of drugs are given in this condition. Be patient to achieve Depigmentation ,it is a gradual phenomenon.

As far as side effect is concerned, you can beware of peeling due to lomela. Stop lomela first as soon as you seen some improvement.

Please use depigmenting agent only in the area concerned.
Follow all precaution or usage guidelines of all creams.

If you have need any clarification you can get back.

Thank you

Brief Answer:
Yes they are suitable.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up.
You do not have deep pigmentation as per photo. These are suitable medicines.
I suggest to try to wane slowly as and when you are satisfied about results of therapy.
Stop gradually, first lomela step wise, then the kojic acid.
You can continue sunscreens if you need.
Try to avoid cosmetics as they can cause skin pigmentation changes either way.
Please get back if you have any clarification else you can close the discussion.
Wish you good health
Thank you
Dr Bharatesh
