Suggest Treatment For Piles And Oral Fungal Infection
Question: Hi i was suffering with Pails ,Gas trouble, white toung from past one month ..i have taken pails operation that time doctor ask me to go for blood test..then i have taken tri-dot test i got report like non-reactive ...but i was suffering toung infection from past 1 month ,it became white .....unfortunetly i have kissed my fiance at her vergine i think some fluids tuched to my toung ..i did same 2 months before same like now does it reason for my white toung or i have used lot of antibiotics to recover from pails does it....or do i infected with any hiv virus ...i never did sex with any girl in my life i just kissed my fiance at her vergine except this i didnt do any mistake in my life ..i got fear like anything can u plz suggest something

You probably seem to have Oral fungal infection-Thrush/Candidiasis.
Since it occurred 1 month ago, after kissing your fiance, it could have been acquired from the genital tract of your partner.
Since HIV tridot is negative, you need not worry much. I advise you to repeat your Tridot if possible.
Meanwhile I suggest tab Fluconazole 150 mg once a day for 7 days to be taken by both of you to eliminate the infection.
The Gas trouble needs Upper GI endoscopy to detect the cause as well as extension of white patch into the throat if any.
Please note all the above drugs and tests to be taken only under strict medical prescription.
