Brief Answer:
You can take oral antibiotic
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thanks for the query and photograph.
I would like to know whether you were prescribed with any antibiotics?
I treat such cases with an oral antibiotic like doxycycline 100 mg daily for a month.
It is safe and very effective.
You can continue with the cream and face wash you are using.
Take steam on alternate days.
Wash your face thrice daily.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.

Hi Sir,
As suggested by you I have start taking the doxycycline after taking the dinner. Is this the correct time to take the medicine. Also the acne had reduced a little bit but not gone completely. Already it's been 10 days have passed since it has appeared on my face and still it has not gone. It had left a scar on my face around the acne as a black spot. I am applying glcyco 6 on it at night. Although I have not taken the steam. Can you suggest anything else to accelerate the treatment or should I continue with the current process?

Brief Answer:
Use both face wash
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Yes you can use both the face wash.
Use salicylic acid in evening and tea tree oil in morning.
You can buy any face wash containing tea tree oil.
It's not allergy, the problem is excessive oil production by sebaceous glands on face.
Tea tree oil based face wash will reduce oil from face.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you
