Suggest Treatment For Pimples Around Penis After Oral Sex

Question: Hi Dr.
I had oral sex with one unknown girl without protection 3 months back. Now I am seeing pimples/bumps around my penis. Sometimes I feel like I am having a burning sensation on penis, but it doesn't last long. Now there are like 4 to 5 and seems like more are on the way. I am really worried about this and I am not sure what to do. Kindly advice.

Is there any kind of discharge or oozing of blood present?

you need not to worry, looking at your description it seems to be a treatable condition with initial application of antiseptic ointment or keeping it clean and moist or a course of antibiotics if need be.
Meanwhile you should apply antiseptic or antibacterial ointment like mupirocin or soframycin after washing and cleaning it.
You should take lots of fluids
