Question: I have pimples on my scrotum. They are hard. One the size of a pea. The others are very small but are scattered across my scrotum. When I try to pop the pimple, only blood comes out. No puss. The pimple dosent pop at all. What should I do?!

Brief Answer:
These are sebaceous cysts - not a cause for concern

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone carefully through the details and have checked the attached image. Our skin has some oil secreting glands called sebaceous glands. When the mouth of these glands get blocked, the secretions get collected inside forming sebaceous cysts. When pressure is applied, it is not always necessary that the cheesy material inside, would come out. The cheesy material is sebum and not pus. Sometimes these get infected and may give rise to pus.
You need not pay attention to them. You may apply T-bact (mupirocin) or any other antibacterial ointment from time to time. You may try applying retinoic acid creams and see if it provides relief. Nothing else needs to be done. You need not try to bring out the material inside.
