very lite itching feeling dr..last 3 days i have this..normaly i will these type in my buttocks only..

Hi.

I would suggest a single tablet of Ivermectol 12 mg, to be repeated after a week. Topically you may use a steroid+antibiotic combination cream e.g momate-f cream, twice daily for a few days.
A tablet of cetrizine 10 mg once daily in evening will provide you symptomatic relief from itching.
These are prescription medications and I suggest that you take them under supervision of a dermatologist in your region.
