Suggest Treatment For Pimples On The Bottom Of Penis Shaft
exclude genital herpes infection.

Hi and thanks for the query '
It might be important to know if you had any unprotected sex lately ? The commonest cause of such pimples isvgenital herpes virus, it might be important for you to see the general practioner since itvus easy to diagnose. There are antiviral drugs available to treat this infection.
If the pimples are not painful and contain instead pus than clear fluid in case of herpes I faction, this could be a sign of a bacterial infection instead. Antibiotics might be required in such instances ,
It might be important to precise more on whether the pimples are painful or not, and whether the fluid is clear or cloudy. This shall help in making the difference between a bacterial infection and herpes.
However, most penile pimples are caused by herpes viruses' I suggest you meet a gp. Kind regards

Hi and thanks for the very informative response.
unfortunately , the images were not attached.
these should then not be herpes nor acute bacterial infection. it should be rare to be sexually acquired especially if you have not had unprotected sex lately.
I think you might check simple things like recent change in quality of pants or shaving practice.
I think proper shaving and application of topical agents like local erythromycin ointment could be helpful for about a week.
if it persists you might have to see a doctor.
shave regular with good machine, use pure cotton pants.
Kind regards as I wish you the best of health.
