Hello Dear,
Thanks for writing to us. Let me know few things:
1) Do you have any pain, itching or ulcer type lesion surrounding the area?

Brief Answer:
Genital wart should be ruled out.
Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear,
Thanks for attaching image. I have reviewed it.
1) According to my opinion, genital wart should be ruled out in this context. It has no such clinical symptoms except pimple like lesion at the base of the penis or pubis area. Oral sex and protected sex with condom may always have the risk of HPV transmission. Condom is NOT fully protective for this virus.
2) Some other possibilities are penile papules, Fordyce's spot or simple penile pimple. However, it needs to confirm by clinical examination & histopathological examination or biopsy of the pimple. You may require to undergo complete STD profile and HPV test (for your wife also) to exclude other pathogen.
3) I can suggest you to consult with dermatologist or venereologist for proper guidance and management of the case. Surgical excision under local anesthesia or Liquid nitrogen cryosurgery can be undergone after confirmation of diagnosis. Topical agents have limited activity.
Hope, I have answered your query. Wish your good health and take care. Kindly, close the discussion if you don't have any other query.
