Hello XXXXXXX
Thank you for posting on HCM.
I can understand your concern regarding the skin lesions over your penis but its difficult to point specific diagnosis in absence of clinical examination. It could be normal skin lesions like Fordyce spots or some infection like warts.
Therefore, I insist you to post good clinical pictures to me so that I can help you in a better way.

From the review of your pictures, it looks like a viral skin infection mollusca contagiosa.
Usually such infections over genitals in adults is acquired from sexual intercourse.
I would like to know whether there is any history of unprotected sexual intercourse with known/unknown partner in recent past. Also is there any history of similar skin lesions in your partner.
In such infections over genitals, I generally recommend screening of other STDs like syphilis and HIV and thus would advise you to get VDRL test and HIV antibody test done from any good laboratory.
In my practise, I prefer treating mollusca aggressively as they are contagious.
I prefer treating them with radiofrequency cautery where thermal energy is used to destroy the infected skin tissue.
Radiofrequency cautery is a common office based procedure and you can avail it from any good dermatologist in your city.
Thank you

I never had sexual intercourse with anyone in life. I don't even have any partner in life . should I go for these tests ?
Brief Answer:
Topical imiquimod can be tried
Detailed Answer:
If you never had sexual intercourse then its not required to go for tests.
If you dont want to go for cautery some topical creams like Imiquimod can be used for few weeks but best would be to consult a dermatologist in your city for proper clinical examination and then decide the treatment accordingly.
