Thanks for the reply doctor. The pain with a pimple is there for a week but the white tip has been there for about 3 days now. Also, it has just started leaking the white liquid from the tip just now. The size is of a small hole in the plug point.
There was a red area around the pimple but it is reducing now and it's becoming white fully except for the bottom layer being red. Hope this helps. Pls also help as to what is the immediate remedy to get rid of white leakage. Thanks

Brief Answer:
Liq povidone iodine and dry dressing.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your elucidate feedback.
It appears from your history that the surface has become white and there is leakage of white material. This is indicated of a small abscess and I hope further dressings will clear the white layer as well as the pus inside.
Apply Liquid povidone iodine and apply dry dressing pad or a gauze. The slough gets attached to the dressing and comes out to drain the small abscess.
If it does not, it is better to consult you Doctor for a clinical evaluation and further management.
