Suggest Treatment For Pinkish Patch On The Glans Penis
Question: Hello, lately ive been having this silvery. Pinkish patch on my glans penis it has been there fr months, i feel.no pain no itching no discharge but i feel its spreading also i masturbate like 2-3 times a day please help and im a virgin 20 year old.

The pink patch that you have over glans penis is what is called as Ballanitis Xerotica Obliterance (BXO).It is a variant of Lichen Planus and progressive in nature and may gradually involve foreskin and urethra .
Unfortunately there is no treatment to cure this disease ,However the progress of the disease can be minimized by using topical steroid cram .

Is it dangerous. Im scared i put up a photo also please see to it. Cant any cream help me out. Is it a big disease. Also can i get penile cancer because of thi.. Will antifungal help?? What should i do to decrease it
