Go for x-ray spines, take multivitamin supplements
Detailed Answer:
Hi, XXXXXXX ,
Thanks for posting your feeling again,
It is true that multiple complains telling your doctor during Menopause, your doctor might think that this is due to some depression followed by Menopause and it is possible that doctor might not given attention to them.
But the blood tests I mentioned are not for arthritis but for some supplement deficiencies.
What I advice is minimum go for X-ray cervical and lumbo-sacral spines which will give idea about degenerative changes and osteoporosis.
So go for,
regular slow walking,
take calcium, vitamin A and D supplements.
Go for B1, B6, B12 capsules or shots.
As diabetes is not there it is fine.
I think I answered your query.
