Thanks for your query

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You are most probably having planter fasciitis. Primary treatment of it is hot fomentation, using soft shoes, avoid bare foot walking Analgesic and rest ( less walking) . I found very good result with injection of local triamcilone injection in heel in patients visiting my clinic. For this you have to visit Orthopedic surgeon.
For restless leg syndrome you can take vitamin and trace elements supplements. You can get your vitamin D and vitamin B12 level as it is common cause of such pains. You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
