Question: I have tried new specialty footwear and icing but I can't get rid of the plantar fasciatis. What is the correct procedure to eliminate the problem?
Brief Answer:
You need to get steroid injection in heel
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case.Planter fasciitis is difficult to treat. If foot wear modification is not helping you then you can try this.
1.Try to stand on your toes for 2 minutes daily for 200 times.
2.keep your feet in gentle warm water for thirty minutes twice daily.
3.Steroid injection can be given in heel.
4.In resistant cases you might need surgery.
5.Take Etoricoxib 90 mg one daily for symptomatic pain relief.
i hope this treatment will be helpful for you.Let me know if their is any other followup questions.
thanks
